Mr Lewis was warm and welcoming. He explained clearly what my condition was and outlined the alternative approaches to tackling the problem. He reassured me that my reduced hearing in my right ear was a build up of fluid behind my eardrum and nothing more serious than that. He recommended another hearing specialist who would measure my hearing loss subsequently and report back to him. I felt particularly well looked after.

Can find no faults or complaints… from entering the hospital to the consultation, staff were very professional, friendly, everywhere was spotless clean ..

I do attend ENT Worcestershire which Mr Lewis is clinical lead. I was nervous seeing Mr Lewis in his private clinic but he listened and was kind and professional. He thinks I may have been misdiagnosed and is trying other treatments. I am pleased I saw him in his clinic yesterday
