It was a pleasant experience. Mr Lewis is lovely and went through the options with us. It was disappointing that he didn’t have the CT scan images only the report but hopefully when I go back he will have them and be able to make a decision on my treatment. Parking is an issue! We had to park on the street and we have a Blue Badge!

I attended with a sensitive area at the back of my throat which I thought could be caused by eye drops for glaucoma. Mr Lewis examined my neck asked several questions and then suggested an endoscope examination of my throat. to my surprise it was possible to do that immediately and he made his diagnosis. I received a letter (copied to my GP) a couple of days later describing his diagnosis and possible treatment.
Dr Lewis is very knowledgeable and able to offer me a diagnosis of my condition very quickly. He explained everything in a way I fully understood & put my mind at ease.
