Stacey was brilliant

Until I attended my appointment I didn’t know who was treating me but as soon as I attended a recognised Stacey as she is a local resident and she used to work at the same company as myself. As always Stacey welcomes you with a warm friendly smile giving you reassurance, she was very clear on what was involved with the procedure checking for any items of concern before going ahead, throughout the treatment I was shown before and after photos and the whole process felt very calm and painless. I was given clear instructions to not shower or bath and a follow on check up appointment has been booked in 6 months. I don’t often give feedback but in this instance I think it is needed as the whole process for me, from the initial phone call to having the treatment was a fantastic experience.
