Sonia Mende is a passionate and experienced Massage Therapist and a proud member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists. Since starting her journey in 2010, Sonia has brought her unique approach to massage therapy into a wide range of settings, from school fairs and community centres to health clinics, sharing the power of touch and its profound ability to heal, relax, and restore.

Specialising in Relaxing and Deep Tissue Massage, Sonia also offers the innovative 'No Hands Massage' technique, which delivers deep therapeutic results without the use of traditional hand pressure. She is an active member of the No Hands Massage Association, reflecting her commitment to advanced and effective therapies. Additionally, she offers Indian Head Massage, using gentle, rhythmic techniques to soothe stress and promote mental clarity.
