Ms Sonia Cook

Ms Sonia Cook is an Integrative Counsellor who provides individual counselling to adults, offering both in-person and online sessions. Her integrative training allows her to draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, adapting her work to meet each client’s individual needs and circumstances.

Ms Cook offers a confidential and supportive space in which clients can explore emotional, psychological and relational concerns at their own pace. Her practice supports individuals experiencing life transitions, relationship difficulties, identity-related issues, stress, anxiety and periods of personal uncertainty. She also has experience working with young adults and neurodivergent clients, tailoring sessions to ensure clarity, structure and accessibility where required.

Having lived in three different countries, Ms Cook brings an informed understanding of cultural transition, identity and change, and how these experiences can affect emotional wellbeing.
