Ms Simone Ruddick

Dr. Simone Ruddick is a highly qualified Counselling Psychologist with extensive experience in providing therapy to individuals facing various challenges. She completed a training program in clinical practice and research at the doctoral level to become a skilled Practitioner Psychologist.

Dr. Ruddick believes that each person responds uniquely to life's difficulties, so she customises her therapy approach to meet individual needs. Her background includes a degree in Psychology, followed by years of work as a sexual health adviser and HIV counsellor in the NHS.

She pursued advanced training in Counselling Psychology at University of London, where she learned different therapy models like Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). She combines these approaches for more comprehensive therapy.

Currently, Dr. Ruddick works for HCA Healthcare UK. Her clients seek help with issues like stress, anxiety, depression, relationships, and eating disorders. Additionally, she offers support to cancer patients and their families at The Harley Street Clinic and The Wellington Hospital, particularly during end-of-life stages.

Dr. Ruddick is a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Her dedication to clients' well-being and extensive training make her a valuable psychologist.
