I was not impressed by her manner and in actual fact after my first visit, I was in a lot more pain after her hammering my teeth and I had to use ice to relieve the pain! On my second visit she didn’t even ask how I was and I was out the door within 2 minutes.

She didn't spot the crack in my tooth,that I was complaining about. Asked more the 4 times same question " when it becomes sensetiv " No salutation offered.

Of all the dentists, Parma was lovely - did her best to put me at ease and explain things to me - a credit to the team

Dr Shahi have bee absolutely brilliant. When I started coming to the studio, I was very nervous due to previously bad experience in other surgeries. Dr Shahi has been patient and calm, professional made me feel comfortable. Thank to her attitude and professionalism I no longer fear going to a dentist. I am extremely happy with dental care I received from her.
