Dr Mezher listened to my needs, and this experience was overall incredibly helpful, and exactly what I went to a private service for.
I was listened to with care. Appropriate photos were taken of the lesions and explained by Dr Mezher. He then explained the possible next steps and after my agreement to the most suitable forwarded the information to a dermatologist for further action.
Dr Sermed was kind, considerate and took time to understand my concerns and issues. He was very pleasant, a great bedside manner and thoroughly pleasant man!
Dr Mezher was excellent. He had reviewed my history beforehand, was up to speed with the background, and the consultation was both focused and reassuring. He listened carefully, explained things clearly, and was professional and empathetic throughout. I left the appointment feeling understood, supported, and confident that my concerns had been properly addressed. Thank you, Dr Mezher, and all the team at The Doctors Lounge, whom I would recommend without hesitation.
The doctor listened to what i had to say and explained how he came to his conclusion as to what medical issue I may have. I liked the fact that if I go again I would see the same doctor and therefore would not need to explain my situation all over again. It was extremely professional without being stuffy.
