About Dr. Sara Meade
Dr. Sara Meade is a Consultant in Clinical Oncology at The Harborne Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare UK, where she has been dedicated to providing expert care for patients with cancer for over 22 years. She graduated with honours from the University of Birmingham in 2003 and has since advanced her expertise through memberships with the Royal College of Physicians and the Royal College of Radiologists.
Dr. Meade specializes in neuro-oncology, particularly in the treatment of skull base and pituitary tumours, as well as in the use of stereotactic radiotherapy. In May 2023, she was appointed Medical Governance Lead at The Harborne Hospital, overseeing the medical governance and ensuring that the hospital maintains the highest standards of care. Her comprehensive expertise also extends to the treatment of brain cancer, gliomas, meningiomas, and other neuro-oncological conditions.
Dr. Meade is committed to advancing oncology through research and clinical trials and is actively involved in teaching the next generation of healthcare professionals.
