My recent visits to Freedom Care Clinics have been nothing short of transformative, and I owe the majority of that progress to my incredible physical therapist, Ms. Samriddhi Sarkar. Although I am still in the middle of my treatment plan and have several sessions ahead of me, I already feel a remarkable improvement-and that is entirely due to her expertise. Ms. Sarkar is an absolute professional who masterfully executes every technique with precision and deep knowledge. She doesn't just go through the motions; she carefully assesses my condition each time, explains the 'why' behind every exercise, and tailors each session to my specific needs. What sets her apart is her genuine dedication to her patients' recovery. She is patient, incredibly motivating, and ensures I perform every movement correctly to maximize benefit and prevent injury. Her hands-on approach, combined with her vast experience, gives me complete confidence that I am in the best hands possible. Beyond her exceptional skills, the clinic itself is spotless, well-organized, and adheres to the highest hygiene standards. The reception and support staff are equally welcoming, making every visit a pleasant experience. The session with Dr. Sam was super helpful.

I came in with a foot ache that had recently become super severe. After Sam did some assessments she gave me some exercises and explained what they would target and how that helps. She's very easy to talk to, and provides information very clearly, easy even for a layman like me to understand. Lovely experience!!
