Ms Samriddhi Sarkar

Ms Samriddhi Sarkar is a Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist registered with the HCPC and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP). She specialises in the assessment, diagnosis and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal conditions, using evidence-based physiotherapy techniques to help patients recover function, reduce pain and improve mobility.

Ms Sarkar holds an MSc in Advanced Physiotherapy from Manchester Metropolitan University, graduating with Distinction in 2024. Her postgraduate studies included advanced manual therapy, upper and lower quadrant assessment and treatment, sports rehabilitation, soft tissue manipulation and research methods. She previously completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree at University of Delhi, graduating with First Division honours.

She currently works as a Senior MSK Physiotherapist at Freedom Care Clinics. Prior to relocating to the UK, she worked as an Orthopaedic Physical Therapist at myPhysio Delhi and also provided independent home-based physiotherapy services.

Her clinical experience spans both inpatient and outpatient settings and includes the management of orthopaedic, neurological, musculoskeletal, cardiothoracic and rehabilitation patients. During her training, she completed placements and internships at major healthcare institutions including Safdarjung Hospital, Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, Composite Regional Centre for Persons with Disabilities and Pt. Deendayal Upadhyaya National Institute for Persons with Physical Disabilities.

Her areas of expertise include musculoskeletal physiotherapy, orthopaedic rehabilitation, soft tissue therapy, exercise prescription, manual therapy and sports injury management. She has experience developing individualised rehabilitation programmes, conducting clinical assessments, delivering hands-on treatments and supporting patients with complex orthopaedic, neurological and spinal conditions.
