Ms Sally Garner

Sally Garner is Chartered Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist at Bodyset Beaconsfield. She achieved a distinction in her Master's degree from King's College London after obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Sports Rehabilitation. With over 5 years of experience as a rehabilitation and performance specialist and experience as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist within the NHS, Sally has worked with a diverse range of individuals, including elite athletes and older adults striving to attain their health and movement goals.

Sally's expertise extends to her work as a soft tissue therapist in both private practice and professional sports teams, including the renowned Harlequins Rugby Club. Drawing from her own experience as a former rhythmic gymnast for Great Britain, Sally possesses a deep interest in sports and running-related injuries. She finds immense satisfaction in guiding individuals towards embracing a holistic, healthier lifestyle, no matter where they currently stand on their wellness journey.

Beyond her professional commitments, Sally enjoys the outdoors, engaging in activities such as hiking and running. She also actively participates in CrossFit training, dedicated to achieving her personal strength goals in the gym.
