Sadia Raheem

Sadia Raheem is a Physiotherapist who is skilled in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation and lower limb biomechanics. 

Sadia graduated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in Pakistan before moving to the United Kingdom, where she completed a Master of Science in Sports Medicine, Exercise and Health at Liverpool Hope University. She has developed her clinical experience through work in both hospital and private practice, managing patients with orthopaedic injuries, sports-related conditions and complex post-operative rehabilitation requirements.

She provides comprehensive assessment, manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription and biomechanical analysis to support functional recovery and improve long-term outcomes. She also has experience in the assessment and prescription of custom orthotic interventions where appropriate, helping to address lower limb alignment and movement-related disorders.

Sadia maintains an interest in exercise, rehabilitation and patient education. She works closely with patients to improve their understanding of injury prevention, physical fitness and self-management strategies, supporting them throughout each stage of their recovery. In addition, her practical experience as a fitness trainer complements her rehabilitation practice by informing exercise programmes designed to restore mobility, strength and function following injury or surgery.
