Sadia graduated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in Pakistan before moving to the United Kingdom, where she completed a Master of Science in Sports Medicine, Exercise and Health at Liverpool Hope University. She has developed her clinical experience through work in both hospital and private practice, managing patients with orthopaedic injuries, sports-related conditions and complex post-operative rehabilitation requirements.
She provides comprehensive assessment, manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription and biomechanical analysis to support functional recovery and improve long-term outcomes.
