Dr Ruth Elphick

Dr Elphick utilises a range of techniques to address individual patient needs. These may include diversified adjusting, mobilisation, extremity specific adjustments, cranial therapy, trigger point therapy, scar tissue treatment, dry needling, exercise and rehabilitation, active and passive releases, fascial unwinding, IASTM, and taping. Dr Elphick is a qualified Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner (CCEP). Extremity work is particularly important when treating sports injuries.

Dr Elphick's background in professional dance provides a unique understanding of the stresses strenuous physical activities place on the body. This experience informs their approach to patient care. Dr Elphick is registered with the General Chiropractic Council and is a member of the British Chiropractic Association, the Council on Extremity Adjusting, and the International Chiropractic Association Council on Chiropractic Paediatrics.

Dr Elphick is recognised by BUPA, AXA PPP, HSA and most other UK and international insurers.
