There were different stages to the consultation: First were detailed questions about my history and current problem. There was then an assessment of the pain I was experiencing .Again this was thorough and clearly explained. The problem I have was identified and explained in a way that I understood completely. Finally some treatment and then exercises were given for me to do daily and taped my back. Mr George made me feel at ease and confident in his assessment and treatment

I booked 10 physio sessions with Reuben at FitFor after a climbing injury that left me with nerve pain in my calf. Over the course of the sessions Reuben gave me techniques to manage the pain and exercises to strengthen my calf and ankle. I’m completely pain free and have a much better understanding of the things I need to look out for to avoid injury in the future. Thank you, Reuben, for your patience, coaching, and flexibility.
