Rosie Dutton

Rosie Dutton is a highly experienced Consultant Rehab Physio and the Clinic Director at Six Physio Monument in Central London. Since graduating over eight years ago, she has developed a diverse and highly specialised skill set, completing extensive NHS rotations across musculoskeletal (MSK) care, paediatrics, and trauma and orthopaedics.

She further developed her highly specialised background by gaining orthopaedic, MSK, and amputee rehabilitation experience working in one of the UK's top orthopaedic hospitals. In her clinical practice, Rosie takes a comprehensive approach to recovery, ensuring every patient receives an expert assessment and hands-on treatment to get to the root of both long-standing issues and recent injuries. Demonstrating strong clinical leadership in rehabilitation, she previously ran a dedicated ACL rehabilitation programme and managed a specialist hydrotherapy service.

In addition to manual physiotherapy, Rosie is trained in advanced modalities to support complex recoveries and chronic pain. She brings particular expertise in providing focused and radial shockwave therapy (ESWT & FSWT) to treat stubborn, non-responsive tendons, as well as complex pelvic health or postnatal conditions that require more targeted intervention than exercise alone.
