Mr Rohit Maheshwari

Mr Rohit Maheshwari is a fellowship-trained Orthopaedic Surgeon. Their subspecialty within the field of orthopaedics is total hip and knee replacement surgery. They have a particular interest in robotic-assisted joint replacement surgery. Mr Maheshwari uses the latest techniques and evidence-based practice, and also puts an emphasis on the Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) programme to enable faster rehabilitation and thereby early functional recovery after hip and knee replacement surgery.

Mr Maheshwari completed specialist orthopaedic training in India in 1997 at Jiwaji University before relocating to the United Kingdom. They have accomplished two accredited fellowships: a one-year fellowship in complex hip and knee replacement surgery and a fellowship in joint replacement surgery.

Mr Maheshwari is a prominent figure in medical education. They are an examiner for both a university and the Royal College of Surgeons. They also sit on the national selection interview panel for Orthopaedic trainees.
