Mrs Ritika Nagakar

Ritika Nagakar is a dedicated physiotherapist with a Master’s degree in Musculoskeletal Healthcare and Rehabilitation from University College London (UCL) and a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from the Sancheti Institute College of Physiotherapy. Since beginning practicing in 2021, Ritika has gained diverse experience treating musculoskeletal, sports-related, and neurological conditions. She is currently practicing at Ergotec Health, a physiotherapy clinic based in North London.

Ritika is particularly skilled in myofascial release, joint mobilisation, and functional training. She also holds certifications in Functional Kinesiology Taping and Dry Needling, which she integrates into her evidence-based treatment approach. Her clinical practice is firmly patient-oriented, with a strong focus on tailoring rehabilitation plans to individual needs and long-term recovery goals.

Her professional background includes work across a variety of clinical settings, enabling her to develop a holistic understanding of patient care. Ritika is passionate about empowering patients to regain strength, mobility, and confidence through targeted therapy.

Outside the clinic, Ritika enjoys swimming and playing tennis. She has also competed at the state level in rhythmic gymnastics, reflecting her lifelong engagement with movement, discipline, and physical wellbeing.
