Firstly I called because I had toothache and was really surprised when I was given an appointment the next day….

Abdul was so lovely………I don’t really like the dentist but he made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me but I have a memory problem and he was patient enough to repeat some things for me…….

The receptionist was really nice and friendly and I’m glad I’ve found a dentist surgery that I feel comfortable with.

Dr Basrai (Dave) and the team are very welcoming, friendly and most importantly professional.
Each step of the procedure had been described clearly, making me feel at ease.

Friendly receptionists and hygienist, dentist was less friendly, was in a rush so spoke very little. Otherwise good experience.

Tanvi was very professional overall.  As I have anxiety about having dental procedures, she went out of her way to make sure I was reassured and comfortable at all times.  She was thorough in explaining everything and kept me reassured and updated at each step.  I was also impressed by the follow up protocol.
