Sciatica

I had severe sciatica and struggled to walk sleep couldn’t work, after a course of sessions I have improved immensely . Everyone is very professional with the treatment plus the exercises provided.I would certainly recommend pain and injury clinic.

Neck Pain

The treatment was excellent and my neck had much more movement after i walked out. The staff were friendly. My only comment would be that the building was cold.

Physiotherapy

Only had an initial consultation but very pleased with the clean relaxed environment and friendly staff.

Health and Wellbeing

polite and welcoming staff, punctual set procedure... no complaints!
Thank you for all!

Shoulder Pain

Sports Injuries

Since my shoulder (ACJ) surgery in 2024 I have seen Jessica Zaayman for many physio sessions. She's an expert at shoulder rehab and has been instrumental in my recovery, which was complicated by several flare ups and nerve pain issues. She's extremely personable and professional and I could not recommend her more highly. Thank you, Jessica!

Rehabilitation

Very attentive to my needs and provided me with an achievable recovery plan and exercises for my rehabilitation.

Back Pain

Pain Management

Victoria is a great physiotherapist, she's very kind and professional. I noticed that she put a lot of effort into taking detailed notes for each session and she would reference a lot of the things that I shared in subsequent sessions. I appreciated how much care she took to tailor the exercises to my level - I know that this can be difficult at times but she was able to provide many different types of modifications. I think this is one of the benefits of going to a trained physiotherapist (over just googling exercises) and she also demonstrated how to do the exercise correctly. Another thing that was helpful was that she would (gently) correct me when I made mistakes with the exercises and she was very encouraging. I also felt like she was very easy to talk to and explain what I was going through. Sometimes it's hard to open up to a new person about struggles you are facing but Victoria is such a genuine and caring person that it was surprisingly easy. I also noticed that she was very good at identifying more areas of pain and soreness and at applying pressure to those areas to ease the pain.
