Dr. Riccardo Di Cuffa

Dr Riccardo Di Cuffa is an experienced General Practitioner and the founder of Thyme, a private health service dedicated to improving healthspan through preventative and lifestyle medicine. He graduated from the Royal Free Medical School, University College London in 1998 and holds multiple qualifications, including MBBS, MRCSEd, MRCGP, DOHNS, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Aesthetic Medicine.

Dr Ric spent nearly a decade working in London hospitals, gaining extensive expertise in ear, nose, and throat (ENT) medicine, and earning a diploma in otolaryngology and head and neck surgery. With over 13 years of experience as a GP, he brings a holistic and patient-centred approach to modern healthcare.

At Thyme, Dr Ric leads a mission to help individuals live longer, healthier, and more fulfilling lives.
