Dr Rhiannon Roberts has changed my life. When I walked through the doors in early 2019, I didn't think anything could be done. I had previously sent pictures of my mouth to dentists in Turkey, even they were unwilling to take on the task. Rhiannon clearly explained my options to fix my smile and we decided upon Invisalign to straighten teeth and create room for an implant. Costings were clearly laid out before I began treatment and payment options discussed. The entire process took around 18 months and at the end I was left with a picture perfect smile. The amount of compliments I still get now four years on from my initial consultation you would not believe. The treatments went smoothly with Rhiannon being very friendly and approachable. The aftercare ensured my teeth staid straight and i could not recommend Rhiannon enough.

From beginning to the end of treatment I felt I was in good hands with Dr Roberts. She explained clearly the work required, gave a realistic end goal and made sure I was aware of how to care for my teeth between appointments and what to expect after each session. Very professional yet friendly also, if I had any issues or questions I was also able to contact Rhiannon if I needed, even when she was on maternity she truly is one of the best. Although no problems arose it was nice to know the support was there if I needed it. I'd also like to mention her dental nurse who was very friendly throughout my treatment. Unfortunately I can't rememember her name. I'm Extremely pleased with the treatment I received and cannot praise or thank Dr Rhiannon and her team enough. Plus my work was finished 6 months the ahead of schedule :D.

Rhiannon, what a lady! Very professional, explains everything very well, and gentle (I’m a big baby when it comes to the dentist). I absolutely hated my teeth before I went to see Rhiannon, it would really get my down, to the point I wouldn’t go anywhere some days.I would never smile in photos…. Until today! I had my braces off, I honestly can’t believe the results! I had amazing teeth! I’m jaw is hurting from smiling so much! Honestly Rhiannon you have really given me the confidence to smile again. Be aware you will spend a long time in the mirror admiring your new teeth (I missed Eastenders) if you are in the same position I was in please contact Rhiannon. Life changing.

Cannot recommend Rhiannon enough for her patience, attention to detail and professionalism. Rhi went out of her way to fit me in as and when needed, sometimes at very short notice and I am so pleased with the end result. Thanks so much!!
