I asked for an appointment using the online system at around 08:15. The surgery responded by phone and I was given an appointment to see Dr Jivan by 10:00 the same morning. An excellent service. My experience with Dr Jivan was very good. He listens intently and asks clarifying questions as he goes along. He explains things thoughtfully and carefully and I felt involved in the decisions over next steps. I felt during the appointment that there was plenty of time for discussion and I didn’t at any stage feel rushed. He is definitely someone I feel I can talk to.

Dr Jivan was excellent as always , giving clear advice and a way forward especially when I have had a long standing issue. He has a great manner and was able to talk to my teenage son who put him on immediately at ease. He is an asset to the practice. Thank you Dr Jivan. I have been coming to this surgery for many years since my children were babies and this is a great surgery the doctors are first rate.

Everytime I come to my GP Surgery all members of staffs are fantastic, Doctors are very good. Today I saw Doctor Rakesh Jivan, as always he is a great, very patient, and overall exceptionally caring specially sometime I feel so worried about my well being and health. Doctor Jivan always reassure me that all is good and I should not worry . He always makes sure that I feel better and if I have any worries please speak to him while I am here.
