Really great experience with Dr Jivan. We were quite worried about our sons jaw tic, but he helped us get seen by the right specialists very quickly and really went the extra mile—calling hospitals for us and pushing things along. He was calm, reassuring, and explained everything clearly without overcomplicating it. We felt genuinely supported throughout. Would definitely recommend.

My daughter has been suffering with her symptoms for a while now. Dr Jivan listened to our issues with a sympathetic ear (as he always does) and attempted to understand the root causes of the medical issues. He came up with short term and longer term solutions, which enabled me to feel at ease and that something was being done. Luckily the shorter term solution worked. I have always had extremely positive experiences for any of my kids, or for myself with Dr Jivan. I know we are in safe, well cared for hands with a doctor that always goes above and beyond.

Dr R. Jivan is an outstanding doctor who genuinely goes above and beyond for his patients. I originally saw him for a minor procedure, which he carried out quickly, efficiently, and completely pain-free. What really stood out was his attentiveness and willingness to help beyond the initial reason for my visit. When I mentioned I had been suffering from vertigo following a viral infection, he took the time to assess me and offered to try the Epley manoeuvre. The results were incredible—I experienced about a 90% improvement in my symptoms almost immediately. Dr Jivan is clearly very knowledgeable, but also compassionate and proactive in his approach. He listens, explains things clearly, and takes action where it can make a real difference. I highly recommend Dr Jivan to anyone looking for a dedicated and skilled doctor.

Returned from India with an extremely poorly toddler. Rakesh gave a consultation super quickly and helped settle our nerves. He was calm, understanding and pragmatic with his approach. He saved us hours of wait time at A&E and advised us of what we should do to remedy my sons condition as well as highlighted red flags to look out for. He gave us a great tip on how to collect urine from a non potty trained toddler and was sympathetic throughout. Highly recommended
