The treatment I received from Ms Pilson was outstanding. I went from taping my eyes open when tired to an amazing end result. Although I found the surgery traumatic, as I was a nervous patient, everybody on the team couldn’t have done any more to reassure and made my experience the best it could be. It only took a 2/3 weeks for the bruising to disappear. The most memorable thing for me was the personal aspect to her bedside/aftercare manner, I was a person and not a number.

I wasn’t quite sure what was needed to improve my hooded eyes but Ms Pilson explained what she would recommend and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. She takes the time to explain the procedures and why she would perform the operations. Her attention to detail is very reassuring. I don’t have any hesitation in recommending her.

Ms Pilson carried out a procedure to remove a basal carcinoma located close to the eye/eye brow and today I attended a routine appointment to check the scar and to ensure there was no sign of any regrowth. Using her skills and knowledge she performed the procedure with such precision, resulting in the faintest of scarring. The level of professionalism and patient care received from Ms Pilson has been second to none. Throughout she has shared her knowledge, been informative, reassuring, communicative, approachable and the end result is excellent. Thank you so much, please accept my appreciation.

Ms Pilson has given me some very useful advice to help me manage my eye problem. She has listened to what I have experienced and has explained clearly what I need to do and to have done. Also, if I have a problem between appointments she replies very quickly with the advice I needed.
