Dr. Puja Nanda

Dr Puja Nanda is a General Practitioner with over 15 years’ clinical experience and a specialist interest in women’s health, menopause, mental health and sexual health. She has worked across a broad range of medical specialties, including general practice, obstetrics and gynaecology, psychiatry, paediatrics and care of the elderly, providing a comprehensive understanding of women’s health needs across the life course.

Dr Nanda currently works in the NHS at a large general practice in Nottingham, caring for a diverse patient population. She has also worked with PICS Community Gynaecology, where she developed advanced experience in menopause management and women’s wellbeing under the supervision of specialist clinicians. This work has supported her focus on evidence-based assessment and management of perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms.

Her clinical practice includes the management of menopause-related concerns, premenstrual disorders, mental health conditions and sexual health issues, with care plans tailored to individual clinical history and preferences. She places emphasis on clear communication, shared decision-making and the provision of balanced medical information.

Dr Nanda is a member of the British Menopause Society, the National Association for Premenstrual Syndrome and the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare. Her work is guided by current clinical evidence and national guidance, supporting women to make informed decisions about their health and wellbeing.
