Professor Gerard Conway is a Specialist Endocrinologist specialising in Reproductive Endocrinology. He currently sees private patients at the London Claremont Clinic and The Cardiovascular Diagnostic Centre on Harley Street.

Professor Conway completed his medical degree at the Royal London Hospital, University of London in 1981, subsequently completing his training in diabetes, endocrinology and general medicine in many centres across central London. He is also a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and a Professor of Clinical Medicine in the Institute for Women's Health at University College London.

His clinical practice covers general endocrinology, including adrenal, thyroid and pituitary conditions in addition to reproductive endocrinology. He sees women with a range of hormonal disorders including polycystic ovary syndrome, ovarian function disorders, Addison's disease, Klinefelter syndrome, Turner syndrome and adrenal hyperplasia. He has extensive experience in his field, allowing him to diagnose and treat patients with great success.

In addition to his clinical work, Professor Conway has clinical research interests in disorders of sexual development, polycystic ovary syndrome and ovarian function. His research has formed the basis of over 160 academic publications. He is actively involved in research surrounding hypothalamic amenorrhea and the interaction between thyroid disorders and infertility, maintaining knowledge of new treatments as well as being involved in research to improve patient care.
