Penina brings 19 years of dedicated caregiving experience to the table, with 12 of those years spent as a live-in carer. Her journey has taken her through various care settings, including residential, supported living, nursing homes, and domiciliary care. Naturally caring and compassionate, Penina possesses excellent communication skills and a keen ability to listen. She enjoys meeting new people and engaging with them, bringing a good sense of humour to her interactions. Throughout her career, Penina has worked with clients facing diverse challenges, including middle to late-stage dementia, stroke, Parkinson's disease, visual and hearing impairments, and elderly individuals with challenging behaviour.

Passionate about caregiving, Penina values each of her placements and jobs, recognising how they have shaped her into the carer she is today.
