Penina brings 19 years of dedicated caregiving experience to the table, with 12 of those years spent as a live-in carer. Her journey has taken her through various care settings, including residential, supported living, nursing homes, and domiciliary care. With a reputation for reliability, conscientiousness, and responsibility, Penina's warm and friendly personality shines through in her work.

Naturally caring and compassionate, Penina possesses excellent communication skills and a keen ability to listen. She enjoys meeting new people and engaging with them, bringing a good sense of humour to her interactions. Throughout her career, Penina has worked with clients facing diverse challenges, including middle to late-stage dementia, stroke, Parkinson's disease, visual and hearing impairments, and elderly individuals with challenging behaviour.
