After being in an accident and burnt 5 months ago I’ve been referred for laser. I did not know what to expect and was feeling a little anxious. Miss Gill explained everything that was planned. She even suggested steroid injections in my stomach and done them there and then. She has reassured me that with the plan in place I will see a really good improvement of my burn scars. She was very friendly and down to earth.
