Dr Nouran Hayder offers extensive experience in weight loss management and combines this expertise with her role as a Consultant Psychiatrist in the NHS and private sectors. 

Her clinical background has given her unique insight into the mental and emotional aspects of weight management, addiction and behavioural change. 

Dr Hayder recognises the profound impact that obesity and struggles with weight gain and weight loss can have on self-esteem, confidence and overall mental wellbeing. She understands that each patient’s journey is different, shaped by individual psychological, biological and social factors.

Dr Hayder believes that effective weight management extends beyond medication alone.
