My procedure was explained thoroughly to me and I was very comfortable through the same
Dr Napier provided an excellent service. He thoroughly explained the procedure as he went through it and provided me with much reassurance as to how it would feel afterwards and how it would hopefully help me to recover long term.
Mr Napier explained exactly what would happen, and was clear there would be discomfort. He checked with me throughout to make sure I was ok and gave me a post procedure analysis of what had been done. He was great, considering the procedure isn’t the most pleasant of things to have!
Explained everything in detail and I felt nothing after the local anesthetic, no bruising and would definitely recommend him.
