Dr Tanna was brilliant. She saw me in straight away. She listened to my concerns, assessed me and gave me really clear information about what was happening and options for moving forwards. She was very professional, kind and so helpful! I did not feel rushed like I usually do when seeing my GP (-not the GPs fault but because I know they are so rushed and busy at the surgery that I feel I need to be quick and leave). The vibe / environment at this Doctors Lounge was much more comfortable, and I knew they had the time to see me. My two year old daughter was with me and Dr Tanna was SO patient with her. Also even let my daughter (who loves playing Doctor) listen to her giraffe with her stethoscope. Excellent communication skills, very friendly and approachable.
