Mumtaz is a patient and humorous individual who easily connects with people from all walks of life. With a wealth of experience in caregiving, Mumtaz has assisted individuals of various ages and with a range of illnesses, including dementia at all stages and mental health issues. She finds great fulfilment in bringing joy and laughter to her clients, even in the face of challenging circumstances.

In addition to providing emotional support, Mumtaz offers comprehensive care services, including cooking, organising, and light cleaning duties such as washing floors and dishes. She is proactive in running errands, such as trips to the GP and collecting medications from the pharmacy. Mumtaz takes pride in her cleanliness and domestic skills.

Specialising in a variety of care needs, Mumtaz is experienced in assisting individuals with early and late-stage dementia, physical disabilities, brain injuries, palliative care, diabetes, arthritis, learning disabilities, eating disorders, and more. She provides assistance with personal care tasks, mobility, eating and drinking, and companionship, ensuring her clients feel supported and comfortable in their daily lives.
