Miss Murphy used plain straightforward language, giving both the risks and possible outcomes of the operation. This was on the initial phone meeting. This was for me reassuring as the risks were made clear. On the operation visit and stay there was no attempt to ‘sell’ the procedure but explain the possible outcomes. It was a good experience, but one I would liked not to have gone through!

Ms Mary Murphy has been looking after me for the last few years. She gave me a huge amount of confidence before performing a large brain operation, which proved very successful. I have complete trust in her ability. I am seeing her now for another issue where once again I have complete faith in her professional and calm manner.
