Exemplary Dr who has clearly a wealth of knowledge in her respective field. I was quite apprenhensive prior to my appointment due to the nature of my symptoms, but Dr Shahid was superb explained the process very clearly and the next steps for my care. As a female it was really important to me I saw a doctor who I felt most comfortable with and Dr Shahid provided that safe environment. Highly recommend

Mrs Shahid was a replacement to my previous consultant who I understand, left. She really listened to my concerns at what I thought was a misdiagnosis around 14 months earlier. My previous consultant wanted to discharge me at our last meeting, but I'd persisted. Mrs Shahid acted on my concerns immediately and arranged alternative tests, a biopsy, that had not been done. This confirmed a completely different, more serious condition. Mrs Shahid was patient, kind and thorough throughout and did not make me feel rushed at all. She made it easy to ask any questions and also took an interest in me as a person, not just a patient with a condition. I have now been referred elsewhere and have every confidence I now have a correct diagnosis and that I now have future treatment options. I've very grateful to Mrs Shahid and will not forget her kindness, compassion, expertize and professionalism. Thank you.

Mrs Shahid was very warm and welcoming. Treated me with respect and kindness and took her time listening to my health concerns.
