Top feedback

“The doctor explained what needs to be done, checked on me while I was in the hospital as a day case. I only was not satisfied when I had to report something prior my procedure and I could not get in contact with his receptionist. She was not answering the phone for many hours. Then she went on a annual leave. Then she got sick. I had to leave messages through the main reception. It is not normal when I am worried about my health to write e-mails or speak to the different receptionists who did not know anything about my case.“

Mr Lim is an amazing specialist. My daughter at age 3.8 years was waking up 10 to 12 times at night and snoring like old man. I almost lost a hope for a good sleep. After consultation with Mr Lim he identified her issue was due to large adenoids. She aslo had large tounsils. He also noticed she had glued ear that GPs never mentioned and used to always prescribed set of antibiotics thinking it was ear infection. Dr Lim recommended to do hearing test which we did. That identified she needed insertion of grommets. 3 in one procedure for removal of adenoids, large tonsils and insertion of grommets was performed by Mr Lim at hospital. My daughter was a normal kid next day after op. Eating and drinking properly and playing a lot. Her sleeping pattern started improving significantly. Big thank you to Mr Lim and would definitely recommend him as a specialist!
