My experience of egg freezing at the Lister was really positive from start to finish. I am really grateful to Mr Nicopoullos who was is extremely knowledgeable and skilful at explaining things clearly. Even though I always had many questions, I never felt rushed and he always took the time to listen and to make me feel at ease. You can really tell how passionate he is about his profession and for providing the best care for his patients. I would also like to thank his whole team for providing such excellent service and care. I am really glad that I chose the Lister and I would definitely recommend the clinic and Mr Nicopoullos to anyone who is interested in egg freezing or fertility treatment.

We first saw James at a pretty desperate time in our fertility journey. He took the time before we’d even arrived at the appointment to read through our complicated history and then helped us to draw up a personalised, evidence-led plan (while if anything trying to talk us out of going OTT and spending unnecessary money in a panic). Communication was excellent: James was available throughout the treatment to offer reassurance and answer our questions quickly with good humour and patience. We were delighted to welcome our son earlier this month and are very grateful for all that James did to help us conceive him. We only wish we had encountered him sooner in our fertility journey.

James was brilliant from our initial visit. He is highly skilled in his field, answering all our questions and putting our minds at ease. He went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible, eliminating other stress factors we were facing. James promptly responded to our emails and oversaw the whole process.

I cannot rate Dr Nicopoullos highly enough - he was kind, patient and understanding. He took time to explain things, was on hand for questions and it really felt like he listened.

James has been fantastic as my consultant and is always willing to take time to explain every part of my care. On my egg freezing journey he has been clear and pragmatic in explaining my options, which helped me feel informed in making decisions on my next steps. I felt in very safe hands with him and his team.

James is incredibly knowledgeable and we appreciated his ability to always give full and frank answers to our questions, while remaining sensitive to our situation. I was recommended James and he did not disappoint. A friendly, up beat and positive personality which is what you need going through Fertility treatment! James was compassionate, understanding and so knowledgable and I had complete trust in him and the decisions he made for me. He came back to my emails immediately and was available to see me in person when needed. James was a ray of sunshine throughout this process and I would highly recommend.

We thought the standard of care and personal attention given by James was considerably better than other fertility clinics in London we have also attended. Each time we met with I felt reassured and my mind was put at ease that we were doing all we could possibly do for the best outcome. James was always available to answer my numerous questions via email. His responses were always timely, even at weekends and late in the evening.

James has always been so professional, he has always made us feel at ease. He so friendly and he know his stuff! We first met James back in 2013, he is my fertility consultant and we had our daughter from that IVF cycle and now we have come back nearly 9 years later for FET. I highly recommend anyone that goes through Fertility treatment to come to Lister.
