About Dr Varadarajan Baskar
Dr Baskar is a Consultant Endocrinologist and Associate Medical Director, Out of Hospital Services at South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust. He has extensive clinical experience having held consultant appointments previously at Royal Wolverhampton Hospital NHS Trust (2007-2013) and Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, Singapore (2013-2016) before move to Warwick.
Dr Baskar's specialist expertise covers a broad spectrum of endocrine and diabetes issues including general diabetes, diabetes-obesity complex, diabetic foot, thyroid, adrenal, parathyroid, pituitary and gonadal problems. In addition, Dr Baskar also works with the weight loss clinic to support their Saxenda weight loss program for obesity.
