About Mr Trevor Dorkin
Mr. Trevor Dorkin is an experienced urological surgeon. With over 15 years as a consultant urologist he has extensive experience in his field. His particular areas of clinical interest include genito-urethral reconstructive urology, surgical andrology and the management of stone disease.
Having completed his initial medical training in 1992, Mr Dorkin has undertaken training in Vellore, India as a senior trainee to gain expertise in urethral reconstruction. He also undertook a prestigious fellowship position at Concord Hospital, Sydney, after completing his registrar training in the North East of England.
Mr. Dorkin is an examiner for The Royal College of Surgeons of England and Intercollegiate Urology Examinations Board, and undertakes medico-legal work in addition.

Communication was excellent; I was given copious information about the implications of my procedure at the inital consultation with Mr Dorkin, during my pre-operative assessment and on the day of the surgery itself. My anxieties were completely assuaged; the fact that my surgery was completely successful and that I am recovering rapidly is a tribute to the skills of everyone involved.
