I had a partial knee replacement. The procedure was fully explained to me. Mr Barlow was kind, professional and attentive. Mr Barlow visited several times to see how I was getting on and to see if I had any questions.
Really helpful, knowledgeable and clear about risk/benefits. Just wish waiting lists were no as long as they are!
I was concerned to begin with, however through every part of the process I was given reassurance and care that made the whole experience one I knew I would never regret. Every team member showed compassion and care.
Mr Barlow has been excellent throughout the whole process of my partial knee replacement. He has been informative, helpful and reassuring. I’m delighted with the result which is even better than I had hoped.
