Mr Panchani gained his primary medical qualifications from the University of Liverpool in 2004, and followed this with his basic surgical training in Merseyside, as well as his higher surgical training within the Northwest of England. Sunil was also awarded his Masters degree in Orthopaedic Engineering at Cardiff University, during which he acquired knowledge regarding the biomechanics of joint replacements. He gained Fellowship with the Royal College of Surgeons in 2013 and was appointed Consultant in 2017, at the Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh Orthopaedic Department. Mr Panchani is also active in the research community, authoring several peer reviewed publications in medical journals, and has also worked as an Investigator on many clinical trials.

Mr Panchani is an amazing surgeon. My knee replacement has been fantastic after 3 weeks I was walking at with only 1ctutch & at least two miles a day outside. It’s 7 weeks & I am doing normal activities. He is a very charming & polite guy. Would definitely recommend him if anyone need surgery.

Excellent care and communication, It is nice to find someone who listens to you and treats you as an individual not as,, a patient number 12, It is very comforting to find a Dr who will explain all that you want to know with a lot of patience! I will recommend Dr Panchani!
