Parking was a breeze, staff friendly and helpful. No long waiting queues and waiting area is clean, modern and pleasant with comfortable chairs and ample space. My experience with the consultation was good. I felt that my problem was addressed and explained thoroughly and a follow up was put in place straight away. Thanks for a very good experience, this makes me realise that a private medical insurance is definitely worth it.
Mr Drew spent a good amount of time listening to my concern and gave a simple but detailed answer and a path forward. He was very accommodating (and friendly) although I got my appointment time incorrect. I would highly recommend.
An awesome experience - not only explaining each step of the treatment, but sympathetic to every situation - would highly recommend.
From the diagnosis through to pre, during and post Op experience, Stephen was excellent. Really pleased with the professionalism, friendliness and the operation outcome.
Having seen Steve for a previous issue 12 years ago, I was very pleased to see that he was an option as a consultant via Vitality. Steve is very personable and reassuring. He explains everything in a thorough and understandable way.
Excellent! Very easy to understand and very informative, explaining medical condition and treatment required very well , he was friendly and approachable
These comments relate to a shoulder operation that Steve performed. I found Steve clearly explained the problem following the MRI scan, the options i had and what the short and long term implications could be for each of the options. On the day of the operation Steve explained the procedure for the day and post op explained what he found during the operation. Post surgery follow ups tracked progress and throughout all of these steps i found Steve conducted himself in a very professional manner. He was always calm, willing to explain everything in detail and re-assuring throughout the whole process. I would recommend Steve to friends and family who were in need of a shoulder surgery.
Mr Drew has been extremely helpful, thorough and supportive in his treatment of my frozen shoulder, indicative of his experience and expertise. I have been very satisfied with the care I have received and would not hesitate to recommend him to others experiencing the same issues.
Mr Drew was excellent throughout the whole process. I feel very fortunate that he was my surgeon. His undoubted skill and expertise has resulted in a successful repair of my rotator cuff tear.
Steve is a vastly experienced shoulder and elbow Surgeon offering evidence based, effective, treatments for all aspects of shoulder and elbow problems. Highly Recommend!!
