Parking was a breeze, staff friendly and helpful. No long waiting queues and waiting area is clean, modern and pleasant with comfortable chairs and ample space. My experience with the consultation was good. I felt that my problem was addressed and explained thoroughly and a follow up was put in place straight away. Thanks for a very good experience, this makes me realise that a private medical insurance is definitely worth it.

Mr Drew spent a good amount of time listening to my concern and gave a simple but detailed answer and a path forward. He was very accommodating (and friendly) although I got my appointment time incorrect. I would highly recommend.

These comments relate to a shoulder operation that Steve performed. I found Steve clearly explained the problem following the MRI scan, the options i had and what the short and long term implications could be for each of the options. On the day of the operation Steve explained the procedure for the day and post op explained what he found during the operation. Post surgery follow ups tracked progress and throughout all of these steps i found Steve conducted himself in a very professional manner. He was always calm, willing to explain everything in detail and re-assuring throughout the whole process. I would recommend Steve to friends and family who were in need of a shoulder surgery.
