I was a extremely anxious about my visit to the Consultant, Dr. Andrews. I had been urinating blood for two days which was most disconcerting. However, Dr. Andrews immediately made me feel very comfortable. He was quick to reassure me with his detailed knowledge and patient description of his proposed examination. The examination was very personal, however, due to Dr. Andrews consistant commentary, describing what he was doing and his finding, my anxiety was immediately removed. I am so grateful that, what could have been a most worrying and intrusive experience, was, in fact, comfortable and a relief. I am also very grateful for the time that Dr. Andrews took to listen to my medical history. Thank you.
