Mr Simon Lee is a consultant plastic surgeon based at Spire Bristol Hospital and his Aesthetic Medical Clinic in Bristol. He has vast experience in reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery which he has specialised in for more than 12 years. Additionally, he is an honorary consultant at the Bristol Children's Hospital where he offers cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery to patients with congenital deformities, traumatic injuries, and cancer.

Mr Lee gained his medical qualifications in London and practised general surgery in London and the southwest before specialising in plastic surgery. During this time, he also co-founded The Griffin Community Trust, a multi-million-pound charity that provides housing for the elderly and poor in London. Additionally, he has travelled the world with Medicins Sans Frontières to help save the lives of those injured or ill in war-torn countries including Papua New Guinea, Somalia, and Ethiopia.
