Mr Casula greeted me shortly after arrival and the next day following surgery and was reassuring on these and subsequent visits

Having found myself in an emergency heart bypass op situation the quiet, gentle reassurance of Mr Casula was of enormous benefit to me. I shall be eternally grateful to him for his skill and I reiterate also the mental confidence he gave me in that skill and him as a person, at what was I assure you a very difficult time due to the speed of events. "Thank" you Mr Casula once again.

Mr Casula is a very knowledgeable consultant. He explained exactly what action he thought was needed following a previous consultation with one of his colleagues who had taken X-rays/photos during a different procedure.

Dr Casula is a fantastic man, he explained the procedure very clearly. Procedure was seamless, and regularly checked up post operation. Definitely will recommend him. Best in his field.

I had mininal access surgery to repair my mitral valve and close a hole in my heart in August at Hammersmith Hospital. The operation was performed by Mr Casula. I could not be more pleased with the care I received from him as well as his secretary Victoria. Throughout my treatment, Mr Casula has been only too happy to explain the procedure to me and my husband and answer all the questions we have had. He has a wonderfully patient, calm, reassuring, caring manner and is a real gentleman. I have felt safe and reassured throughout. I would also like to give special mention to Victoria, Mr Casula’s secretary who is warm, reassuring, efficient and also helped put me at my ease.

In August this year I was operated by Mr Casula for a heart valve repair, a complex operation carried out perfectly by minimal access surgery techniques. The post-operative care and attention to detail is a most important part lasting weeks. He and his nursing support team did such an excellent job which smoothed the path to recovery and was such a support to my immediate family.

I could not have wished for a more professional and efficient specialist which then gave me immense confidence in his abilities.

Mr Casula is lovely mild mannered surgeon. Very approachable and attentive. He updated all concerned pre and post surgery. Visited and treated in ITU and flowing making suggestions to recoup and ensuring all due diligence was followed. Would highly recommend to others who need aortic valve replacement.

I found Mr Casula a very pleasant and easy person to talk to. He is encouraging and informative at every stage. I was very lucky to get the operation when I did and though there is a way to go, I feel so much better overall. I even look less wrinkled so thank Mr Casula for an excellent job.
