Mr Robert’s is a true professional. He has good eye contact, explained everything thoroughly and clearly and I felt I was in a safe pair of hands. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing cataract surgery. He even followed up with a call over the weekend to check on my progress.
Mr Robert’s was exceedingly helpful throughout my treatment and explained everything and answered all my questions. I found him very approachable and I could not ask for anything more
A thoughtful and caring approach making the patient have trust in him and what he was about to undertake, and then feel that the job had been well done so that the patient left with the feeling that it had been a successful visit and achieved what was wanted and needed.
Kind . Thoughtful about my mother’s overall specific problems . Clear in discussion
Our experience was faultless and I would recommend your hospital every time
The recent visit was very well organised and from being greeted by receptionist to having procedure was all carried very professionally and having coffee and Weksh Cake post surgery.
Mr Roberts is first class, extremely professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout the entire process. What truly made my excellent care was the personal touch, receiving a telephone call from Mr Roberts after each eye operation just to check that I was okay and recovering well. It is rare to find that level of genuine aftercare and it made a world of difference to my recovery. I felt completely supported from start to finish. I received excellent care and I would highly recommend Mr Roberts. Thank you.
As before. Everything was explained clearly. Felt very re assured.
