Mr Pope was excellent in first determining the issue and then to recommend a course of action. I have found the recommended treatment to have totally helped the issue. I only wish I’d gone to Mr Pope earlier.

I was impressed by Mr Pope’s professionalism and in depth knowledge, all communicated in a warm and friendly manner. I was advised to seek advice from an ENT consultant by a MCAS physiotherapist two years ago. I delayed speaking to a ENT consultant about my medical problem believing it to be too insignificant. I am so pleased I did as I now know exactly what’s going on and how to proceed. Delighted!

Brilliant consultation with Mr Pope this morning about my annoying tinnitus. He explained clearly my options about living with this medical condition of mine and arranged for me to attend the nhs hearing aid clinic . Should I or members of my family require the service of ENT consultant in the future, without any hesitation, Mr Pope will be the man to see. (Laysan, please don't retire!)

Mr Pope was professional but friendly making me feel comfortable and putting me at ease. He patiently listened to my health problem. He explained why I had a problem and possible resolutions. I had been seeing my GP for over 6 months with no resolution. He examined me and checked everything before arranging tests. The follow up appointment updated me on the results of my tests and the action needed to resolve the health problem. Very pleasant and made me feel I was in good hands as he fully explained all the options available to me. Would recommend 100%. It is reassuring to get both professional and personal trearment wear you do not feel rushed, or just another number and tick in a box. Every aspect I would recommend 100%.
