Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. He was extremely professional and really friendly. Would recommend him highly.

Our son had his tonsils and adenoids removed. From start to finish Mr Daya and his team took the time to look after us all and was patient and kind throughout. We were home the same day and now 10 days later Harry is doing extremely well. The aftercare has been superb and when we need to ask a question or are feeling slightly anxious Mr Daya and his team are always available to help.- Highly recommended from us all and super grateful.

Excellent. Very informative and thorough

I recently had a consultation with Mr Daya after experiencing a hearing injury linked to a head wound. He saw me within a few days and this made a real difference during a very worrying time. The assessment was thorough and gave me reassurance I needed during a fearful time, I was prescribed the right medication to support my recovery at a particularly sensitive stage. I left the appointment feeling listened to, well cared for and confident in the treatment plan. I’m very grateful for the assessment and thoughtful care I received.

Peter underwent surgery to remove his tonsils two weeks ago . We arrived at the hospital at 8 o'clock, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. Peter reported that he didn’t feel any pain and was very happy to be able to eat while resting in bed. Although we arrived early, the surgery didn’t take place until 12:30 because he was the oldest patient scheduled. The decision to remove his tonsils was made due to his heavy breathing and sleep disturbances, issues we had not realized had persisted for several years. Following Mr. Daya’s advice, we proceeded with the surgery. Afterward, I was very impressed with Hanna Lauren, the pharmacist, who came by several times to explain the medications and ensured we received everything quickly, so we didn't have to wait after the surgery. Mr Daya was excellent as well, taking the time to explain the entire procedure. The anesthetist, Norma, checked on us post-surgery to ensure Peter was doing okay. Nurse Sally was fantastic, frequently coming in to monitor Peter’s observations, weight, and height, making sure everything was in order. Hanna, Anna and Miral went above and beyond to assist us, even helping Peter get three ice creams since he was eager for something cold. Elaine was wonderfully welcoming at reception, providing support throughout our visit. I’m glad we chose the Cromwell for this procedure. I also want to thank the catering team for being flexible with Peter’s food preferences, especially when he had little appetite. Overall, it was a great experience; Peter felt no pain and even managed to play in the playroom for half...
