It was okay

He was late but otherwise everything was good and explained things to me. How ever a week and half later and I am still awaiting my report to GP and me as to what treatment I'm supposed to be on Spire gave me receptionist number but goes to a NHS hospital with an automated system and cannot call to find out where report is, so I still am not on any treatment as my doctors wont prescribe anything until they hear from him!

Mr Glefy was very helpful and friendly and was able to make me feel at ease.

Altogether it was a very good consultation with good manners, good explanation and friendly approach .

Mr Furtado gave me confidence even though I did not really fully understand what he was going to do as it seemed very complicated. He at the first consultation gave me his website which was very informative and helpful. I was also sent leaflets on the operation pre and post op. I would thoroughly recommend Mr Furtado.

He is very knowledgeable and clearly knows his stuff. However he sometimes rushed explanations and appointments generally and didn’t show enough empathy towards the situation.
