Dr Furtado explained everything very clearly to me.

Excellent service. He was a good listener and was very cooperative. He explained to me in details. He examined me very gently and was very thorough in his assessment. My husband and were very lucky to see Dr Glefy Furtado . He was God sent.

Mr Furtado is always very kind and chatty during our appointments. He remembers who I am and asks relevant questions. My first appointment was a scary experience as there was a mix up and when I got to sign the consent form I realised it wasn't my name on the document. I wasn't sure exactly what I was expecting to have done and wasn't mentally prepared for the minor procedure, for example I hadn't been told by anyone it was a repeat procedure until afterwards. However MR Furtado explained this afterwards and since then care has been good.

Dr Furtado has seen mum for many years now and is both professional and personable, with patient and colleagues. Thank you from us all and keep doing what you do as it makes people's lives better.

I am still waiting for his secretory to contact me for phone chat as I had my scans and waiting for his response. I had my Ultrasound scan and results was going to be discussed to make a decision to take the next step. I am very disappointed and I have to again contact my insurer to try to get an schedule with another Dr.

I was very happy with the care I received from Mr Furtado. I found him caring and he is obviously very experienced in his field .He did contact me when I had further questions so I did feel he was available for advice which made me feel I was being looked after well.

I had to explain my reason for the visit on multiple occasions I was offered a operation when not needed I was offered a hysterectomy for no apparent reason after my scan came back fine It made me feel away and not taken seriously and misdiagnosed Instead of focussing on my positive test result the negative was pointed out I feel that I wasn’t listened too and just treated as a number

Clearly knowledgeable and professional but not at all compassionate or caring. Appointments were rushed and I got the impression he couldn't wait for it to be over so he could move onto the next one or go home.
