Appointment was on time. Mr Chiu is just lovely really happy with him. I was really happy with his comments about how I look now after my operation.

During my recent visit and throughout my surgical procedure, I had a positive experience. Dr. Chiu's exceptional care ensured that everything was explained thoroughly, leaving me feeling secure and well-informed. I felt confident in his expertise and am grateful for having him as my doctor for my surgery.

Dr Chiu promptly diagonised the need to remove my un-erupted ectopic lower third molar. Dr Chiu listened to all my concerns and answed my questions in detail. Communication was great right from the initial meeting through to post surgery follow up consultation. All meetings were followed up in writing confirming the discussion and actions agreed. Dr Chiu also identified a dental filling which was incorrectly completed by a previous dentist. I found Dr Chiu very knowledgable. I strongly suggest anyone looking for a oral and maxillofacial surgeon to contact Dr Chiu without hesitation.

I had jaw surgery and a wisdom tooth removed, Mr Chiu and his team were very clear about what they would be doing and how my recovery would be. I did have particularly bad swelling and a tough recovery but Mr Chiu was very helpful at explaining all of this and providing information on how to properly recover. The other team members were also very helpful and recommended I rent the face mask cooler to aide my recovery which really helped speed up the swelling going down. My post ops have been extremely good and informative and I have left each one very happy both with the appointment and the progress following surgery. I have anxiety and Mr Chiu was really kind at putting me at ease and letting me know I could take my medication. I am really happy with the outcome of the surgery and how I have recovered. I have had a really positive experience with Mr Chiu and his team and am extremely grateful to all of them!
