Very happy with treatment & follow up.

After almost a year of medical neglect of my newly diagnosed Crohn’s disease, both by the NHS and privately, and having to deal with constant excruciating pain in various places of my GI tract all on my own, I had very little hope when coming to see Mr Haq. To my surprise and disbelief, all my concerns were listened to, addressed and explained by Mr Haq; a comprehensive plan of treatment was suggested. The surgery went very well, I had a pretty much instant relief of my symptoms. I am very grateful for Mr Haq’s diligent and yet easy going approach in everything, my mind was put at ease at last. On top of that, Mr Haq has proposed additional treatment for my condition which worked incredibly well and freed me from years of pain in my joints, at least for now. Thanks to such good care received from Mr Haq and his PA Rona, I feel like a whole new person, finally capable to enjoy and live my life again - something I didn’t even hope for just a few months ago! Overall it was a very positive experience and I could not recommend him highly enough!

I asked Mr Haq to carry out a colonoscopy. Not a simple request at this time in view of the pandemic. He and his team were wonderful throughout. They found a hospital where the procedure could be performed and all went very smoothly. Mr Haq inspires confidence and is a very sympathetic doctor. I was in very good hands. I received the results quickly and efficiently.

Mr Haq was very helpful and professional and took my concerns very seriously from the start. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure I wasn’t unduly concerned. He does speak very fast but if I didn’t understand something he was happy to repeat . He conducted a colonoscopy but it was quicker and easier than I had thought mainly due to his professionalism.

Mr Haq was kind, reassuring and positive from the start. He gave me confidence and I felt I could trust him to do everything he could to sort out my problem. I left my first appointment full of hope and felt it mattered to him. I am much better now thanks to his care, experience, professional and personal commitment.
