Mr. Ashok Sethi

Mr Ashok Sethi is a pioneer in surgical and restorative implant dentistry, with over 36 years' experience. Through systematic application of sound biological principles, research data and clinical experience, he has achieved outstanding success rates in terms of predictability, in addition to aesthetic and functional outcome. Mr Sethi sees patients privately, including at The Princess Grace Hospital and The Harley Street Clinic.

He was a board member of the Faculty of General Dental Practice at the Royal College of Surgeons of England for 12 years and he is the founding member and past chairman of the Association of Dental Implantology (ADI) of Great Britain, which awarded him honorary life membership of the ADI. He is also a founding member of the British Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry. Further, he was elected to the International Academy of Oral and Facial Surgeons (IAOFR), a select international group of 40 influential professionals.

He conceived and taught the Diploma in Implant Dentistry at the Royal College of Surgeons, which is recognised as the gold standard in training courses in implant dentistry by the General Dental Council, and is also Director at Practical Implant Dentistry, which trains dentists in implantation.

He also wrote (with Dr Thomas Kaus) the bestselling textbook, Practical Implant Dentistry, which has been translated into 10 languages and is now in its second edition.
